Job Description

Job DescriptionAiding to the production process by delivering components needed for orders to each workstation, posting finished goods, transporting goods to shrink bundling, and addressing left over parts. This position will be responsible for material staging, supermarket replenishment, and closing shop orders. The candidate must be certificated to use the walkie stacker and stand-up reach lift. This position requires 80% walking and moving material with a pallet jack or walkie stacker and 20% on a forklift. You are responsible for completing the required training measures (PQ&T) as they are needed. As a Bosch Associate, you are expected to maintain a positive work environment. This person needs to be self-motivated and self-directed but will partner closely with their Shift Coordinator and Logistics associates.



QualificationsYou must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours a day

Have excellent use of your hands.

Ability to read and follow instructions

Ability to lift (up to) 40lb. boxes

High School Diploma or accredited GED required

Become certified on lift equipment

Computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP inventory system)

Ability to handle multiple functions in an orderly, precise manner with little supervision.

High attention to detail.

Basic math skills such as: counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.

Familiarity with Abrasive products.

Demonstrate good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; both verbal and written.

Maintaining knowledge of high risk items and how to handle them

Maintaining knowledge of all safety requirements and procedures and adhere to all Safety Absolutes

Understanding milk run pick-up points

Adhere to "5S" standards.

Adhere to the 14 Quality Basics

Perform other essential and related duties as may be required.
