Position Overview Barnes Farming Corporation is a family-owned agricultural operation looking for a reliable and trustworthy Part-Time Errand Runner . This role is critical to keeping our daily operations moving smoothly. You will be responsible for a variety of local pickup and delivery tasks, including fetching equipment parts, handling bank deposits, and moving supplies between farm locations. Key Responsibilities Parts & Supply Pickups:

Drive to local dealerships, hardware stores, and mechanics to retrieve critical machinery parts and equipment.

Banking Deliveries:

Safely transport checks and financial documents to and from local banks.

Internal Logistics:

Move packages, tools, and supplies between different farm tracts, shops, or office locations.

Communication:

Maintain close contact with the parts department, service department and farm managers to coordinate urgent pickup requests.

Qualifications & Requirements Driving Record:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving history.

Reliable Transportation:

Access to a dependable vehicle (to provide transportation to the farm. A company vehicle will be provided during working hours).

Trustworthiness:

High level of integrity and discretion, as you will be handling time-sensitive parts and financial deposits.

Physical Ability:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally to load and unload parts or packages.

Local Knowledge:

Familiarity with the local area and major supply stores is preferred.

Flexibility:

Availability to respond to short-notice requests during peak seasons.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
