•$31/hr Dashboard Creation Experience is required Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Analyst to support warehouse operations through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. This position will be responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and charts that help leadership monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. The Warehouse Analyst will collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Develop Excel dashboards, charts, scorecards, and other data visualizations to track warehouse performance. Monitor key operational metrics, including: Productivity Backlog Service levels Labor utilization Inventory accuracy Order aging Analyze warehouse performance across different departments, processes, and shifts. Identify operational trends, bottlenecks, performance gaps, and potential causes of missed targets. Present data-driven findings and recommendations to warehouse leadership. Support production planning and continuous-improvement initiatives. Validate operational data to ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and completed on time. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, and Transportation teams.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operational data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: PivotTables Formulas Charts Dashboards Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data. Ability to clearly communicate analytical findings and operational insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field. Experience with one or more of the following: Power BI Tableau

SQL SAP S/4HANA SAP EWM

Previous experience supporting a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment operation. #ind4
