Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily unloading and receipt of materials from freight carriers Work with buyers and management to resolve receiving issues Support inventory management for the lab Investigate damaged, lost, or discrepant shipments Provide backup support for shipping and inventory control Support engineering, prototype, testing, and certification activities
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Associate degree 2+ years of relevant experience in logistics, inventory, transportation, manufacturing, or related areas Basic inventory and transportation knowledge Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel experience
Preferred:
Aerospace/logistics experience, SAP/ERP experience, testing/quality environment experience, and forklift/PIV experience .
Important Requirements:
100% onsite in Winston-Salem, NC Overtime may be required and could be mandatory based on business needs Onsite interview with the manager; valid government-issued ID required
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
