Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION
SynQor is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the planning, implementation and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize productivity. You will also be responsible for executing purchase orders for various commodities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support day-to-day purchasing and supply chain operations.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for materials and components.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help ensure products are available to meet production demands.
  • Partner with finance, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Assist with sourcing activities and supplier communications.
  • Help analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support import/export compliance and documentation activities.
  • Participate in projects focused on improving efficiency, cost savings, and operational performance.
  • Learn and develop expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to comprehend legal documents.
