Job Description

: Base salary, benefits and company perks!POSITION DESCRIPTION
As the Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the inbound flow of products shipping to 3rd party warehouses. Part of this process, will require being responsible for placing Purchase Orders with suppliers and managing all facets of the supply chain, as well as inbound logistics process ensuring products arrive at the warehouse on time. The management of Supply Partners, their products and pricing will be another key responsibility within the role. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work very closely with the Customer Service Representative whose primary role will be processing customer orders and managing the flow of products from 3rd party warehouse to customer locations. You will be part of the team and the direct support for the office located in Annandale. It is a permanent, full-time role that will be located in-office, Monday to Friday.QUALIFICATIONS
: 3 -5 years in vendor and product procurement, direct experience within the chemical industry considered an strong asset Direct experience managing supplier relationships Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or customs documentation is considered an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high commitment to service and problem-solving, with a proactive attitude Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with ERP systems Willingness to work in-office (this is not a remote opportunity)LOCATION
