Logistics Coordinator - Edison, NJ Spectra360 is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for a growing manufacturing and distribution company in Edison, NJ . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience coordinating shipments, processing orders, and supporting transportation and supply chain operations.

Pay:

$19-$21/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM-5:30

On-site Employment:

Full-Time Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics, transportation, shipping, and warehousing activities Process sales orders using a Transportation Management System (TMS) Follow customer routing guides and transportation requirements Process orders through customer web portals and schedule shipments Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers and distribution centers Communicate with carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal departments Prepare shipping documentation, including shipping labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs) Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and logistics records Troubleshoot and resolve shipping delays, damages, and delivery issues Assist with general clerical and administrative responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, distribution, or supply chain Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Experience with TMS systems preferred NetSuite or other ERP experience is highly preferred Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a dependable and organized logistics professional who understands the importance of accurate order processing, shipment tracking, documentation, and communication .
