Job Description

Our client in Edison, NJ, is seeking a Direct Hire Supply Chain Specialist.
Hours :
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Pay Rate:
$55-60
K DOE Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Specialist will support logistics coordination, inventory management, and daily operational follow-up. This role is responsible for accurate inventory records, timely shipment and delivery coordination, proper documentation, and smooth communication between internal teams. Coordinate daily logistics activities, including shipment tracking, delivery follow-up, freight coordination, and communication with carriers or vendors. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. Help maintain accurate inventory records in the company's ERP or inventory management system. Monitor inventory movement, stock levels, transfers, adjustments, and discrepancies. Maintain organized records for shipments, receiving documents, inventory adjustments, returns, transfers, and vendor follow-up. Enter, update, and verify logistics and inventory information in the ERP system.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, supply chain support, warehouse operations, purchasing support, or related operations roles. Experience using ERP, inventory management, order management, or warehouse management systems. Proficiency in Google Suite, email communication, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn new software quickly Familiarity with Sage or similar ERP systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Bilingual skills in English and Chinese.
