This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing packages and products, carefully moving service items within the facility, performing high-quality packaging of repaired products, and preparing outbound shipments for daily UPS pickup. Receive and unload daily incoming packages, and other deliveries. Sort incoming packages and move products to designated receiving, inspection, or service areas. Carefully handle electronic products, and other service items to prevent damage. Move products between receiving, service, packing, and shipping areas as needed. Pack repaired products according to established service packaging standards. Use appropriate boxes, protective materials, cushioning, and packing supplies to protect products during transportation. Inspect completed packages to ensure proper protection, cleanliness, and professional presentation before shipment. Organize and stage completed packages in the designated outbound shipping area. Assist with daily UPS pickup by moving and loading outbound packages onto the UPS truck. Break down and dispose of used cardboard boxes and packing materials. Keep receiving, packing, shipping, and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Return carts, packing materials, tools, and supplies to designated locations after use. Help maintain clear aisles and safe working areas throughout the service facility. Support other routine receiving, packing, shipping, and facility organization activities as assigned.
