Job Description

RCW USA, Inc (Ryoma Coffee World USA) is the U.S. subsidiary of the Italian Ryoma group and the team behind Astoria, Wega, Storm - Barista Attitude, and Macap professional espresso equipment. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to serve as the single point of accountability for our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in accuracy and ownership.
Start Date:
October 1, 2026. The Warehouse & Logistics Specialist independently manages the full flow of goods in and out of our facility: receiving and organizing incoming containers, inspecting and verifying 100% of goods received, and applying the same standards to every outbound shipment. This is a solo role, the right candidate is comfortable operating independently, managing their own workload, and being the person our team relies on to keep inventory accurate and orders moving.
Order processing is straightforward:
the specialist picks the requested items, submits them by email for approval, and completes the order once approved. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer skills, and professional written and verbal communication. The specialist handles all telephonic and electronic communication with our sales/admin team. Forklift certification and the ability to drive a forklift daily are required. We are looking for someone with initiative and a great attitude, a multitasker who works independently, supports daily operations, and consistently ensures orders ship out correctly and on time.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Independently receive and organize the incoming monthly container (~1 container a month) Inspect and verify 100% of goods received and goods shipped out Pick and prepare orders for approval, then ship via Freight or UPS (instructions and order details provided by the Admin & Sales Team) Process outbound UPS shipments using UPS WorldShip Maintain orderly stock counts of all inventory Handle all telephonic and electronic communication with sales/admin team File and maintain all documentation Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must have at least a high school diploma or GED, plus some college coursework or relevant job experience Be extremely organized with the ability to multitask, accuracy is a must Must have proper and professional phone and email etiquette The ability to drive a forklift daily, valid Forklift Certification is required
