The Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. The primary duty of the Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution.Responsibilities:
Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners. Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners. Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues. Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system. Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience. Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics. Excellent verbal and nonverbal communications. Ability to identify process improvements. Highly self-motivated, self-aware, courteous, and professional. Able to work independently and in groups. Adaptable to the ever-changing business needs. Exceptional customer service skills. Skilled at managing high stress situations and able to de-escalate. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. A baseline understanding of a Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.Pay Rate:
