Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics - Pharma (Hybrid
- Madison, NJ) We are seeking a Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics for a global pharmaceutical client.
The Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products. The primary duty of the Specialist, AMER Operations, Scheduling & Cell Logistics is to maintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution. This is a 40-hour per-week, 12-month contract (extensions possible), 60% onsite role in Madison, NJ. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite at Giralda Farms is required each week.
Schedule:
9am-6pm depending on business needs (Must be flexible) This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Assist as a point of contact for apsis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.
- Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
- Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
- Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
- Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics.
- A baseline understanding of a Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar CRM/case management tools.
- Biopharma experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
