We are currently hiring Logistics Associates for a fast-paced meat manufacturing and packaging warehouse in Budd Lake, NJ. Job Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of raw materials and packaging supplies Pick, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment Move products and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Stage products for shipping and coordinate outgoing deliveries Verify inventory counts, product labels, dates, and shipping documentation Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products in refrigerated environments Follow food safety regulations, GMP standards, sanitation procedures, and company policies Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and sanitary Work closely with production, packaging, and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, food production, or meat processing experience preferred Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment and moderate to high noise levels Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards Must be reliable with excellent attendance Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Must be able to pass a drug screening Must be available to work Monday through Friday and mandatory Saturdays What We Offer $22.00/hour Overtime opportunities through mandatory Saturday work Steady, ongoing employment Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive bilingual work environment Ready to Apply?
