Job Summary We are looking for a Logistics Operations Coordinator / First-Mile Dispatcher to support daily first-mile pickup operations, route coordination, driver communication, and operational data tracking and analysis. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily pickup routes and track driver completion Coordinate with the fleet, drivers, and on-site operations team to ensure pickups are completed smoothly Handle daily operational exceptions and help improve service efficiency and on-time performance Track and organize operational data, including: Route completion rates Operational exceptions Driver performance Operating costs Use Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and basic process improvement Assist with daily dispatch and first-mile pickup operations Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve operational issues in a timely manner Qualifications Comfortable communicating in both English and Chinese in a daily work environment Interested in logistics, operations, and data analysis Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data organization Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Good communication and execution skills Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment Recent graduates and early-career candidates are welcome to apply Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, parcel delivery, dispatching, or data analysis is a plus Must have reliable transportation for commuting
