Since creating the first construction webcam in 1996, EarthCam has been trusted on major projects like One World Trade Center, SoFi Stadium, and the Panama Canal Expansion, and integrates with tools such as Procore, Autodesk, and Bentley. We're a collaborative, hands-on team that builds our technology in-house and works closely across departments to solve real problems for real users. Job Description EarthCam is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support daily logistics and shipping operations through shipment coordination, documentation management, carrier communication, and shipment tracking activities. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment. Responsibilities Prepare bills of lading (BOLs), shipping labels, and shipment documentation Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules with carriers Verify shipping documentation and order accuracy prior to shipment Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams Assist with domestic and international shipping activities Communicate with carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment issues Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics documentation Support inventory and warehouse coordination as needed Assist with routine logistics and administrative tasks Support daily logistics operations and workflow Requirements Who You Are Organized and detail-oriented Dependable with strong follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately Team-oriented with a positive attitude Willing to learn logistics, shipping, and operational processes Qualifications Previous logistics, shipping, warehouse, administrative, or operational experience is a plus Familiarity with shipping software or carrier systems preferred Comfortable using computers and operational systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits What We Offer At EarthCam, we believe great work starts with feeling supported, valued, and inspired.
