ASAP Responsibilities:

Register and coordinate customer relocation shipments Communicate with transportation vendors, trucking companies, and steamship lines Track shipment progress and provide customer updates Maintain accurate records and data entry in company systems Manage schedules, logs, and operational documentation Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email Qualifications 2+ years of logistics, transportation, dispatch, import/export, or administrative experience Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and computer systems Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must live within a reasonable commute of Reno, NV (40 minutes or less) Why Join Us?
