Cleaner's Supply based in Conklin, NY is America's Largest Supplier of dry cleaning and tailoring related product to dry cleaners and tailoring operations throughout the United States. At Cleaner's Supply, we believe that creating an outstanding customer experience can only happen when you have outstanding people. We have an immediate need for Distribution Specialist - Packing. Packing Pack customer orders accurately according to established packing standards and shipping requirements. Verify product quantities, item descriptions, and order accuracy prior to packing. Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure products arrive safely and in excellent condition. Label, seal, and prepare cartons and pallets for shipment using warehouse management systems and shipping equipment. Inspect products for quality and report damaged or defective merchandise. Meet or exceed established productivity, quality, and accuracy performance standards. Maintain organized packing stations and replenish packing supplies as needed. Work collaboratively with order pickers, shipping personnel, and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist with sorting, staging, and preparing completed orders for shipping. Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support daily operational needs. Requirements Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer and warehouse technology skills preferred. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or mechanical equipment. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Positions are full time Sunday through Friday with a 4x10 rotation.
