Supply Chain Specialist Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Specialist to manage inventory, purchasing, Analytics, forecasting, vendor coordination, ERP systems, and supply chain reporting for a nutritional supplement company. This role is responsible for maintaining product availability across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and internal warehouse locations while ensuring accurate inventory, efficient purchasing, and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecast demand across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other sales channels. Manage inventory across warehouses, manufacturers, Amazon FBA/AWD, and Walmart WFS. Determine reorder and production quantities based on sales trends, inventory levels, lead times, and raw material availability. Create and track purchase orders for raw materials, manufacturing, packaging, labels, and warehouse supplies. Manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, freight providers, and vendors. Coordinate production schedules, raw material shipments, bulk inventory, and finished goods replenishment. Maintain accurate ERP data including inventory, purchase orders, work orders, BOMs, receiving, and stock transfers. Use Power BI, Excel, and Power Query to analyze inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and supplier performance. Build dashboards and reports for forecasting, months of supply, stockout risk, production planning, and inventory by location. Calculate raw material requirements, production yields, product costs, and inventory requirements. Support Amazon FBA/AWD and Walmart WFS inventory planning and replenishment. Maintain supply chain documentation including COAs, packing slips, Bills of Lading, GMP certificates, and receiving documents. Support GMP/FDA compliance and marketplace compliance requirements. Identify and implement improvements to supply chain, ERP, reporting, and inventory processes.

• Preferred Qualifications Experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, or production planning. Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and data analysis . Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Experience with demand forecasting and inventory planning. Familiarity with Amazon FBA/AWD, Walmart WFS, Shopify, and e-commerce operations. Experience in supplements, pharmaceuticals, food, or another GMP-regulated industry preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of supply chain operations. Additional Notes Immediate start preferred. On-site position. Competitive compensation based on experience.
