Type:

full-time We are working with a client who is seeking an entry-level individual to support the Fleet Department with daily route coordination, driver communication, fleet monitoring, and order preparation. Ideal position for a recent college graduate or early-career candidate interested in logistics, operations, or fleet management.

Duties:

Assist with coordination of daily delivery routes throughout the Northeast. Serve as a point of contact for drivers throughout the day. Monitor driver activity and performance through fleet-management software. Respond to driver or route-related issues as they arise. Process customer orders through internal systems. Complete administrative steps needed to prepare orders for truck loading. Maintain accurate route, driver, and order information. Support the Fleet Department with day-to-day operational needs. Experience /

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Organized with strong attention to detail. Reliable and dependable. Comfortable communicating with drivers and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite. Interest in logistics, operations, transportation, or supply chain preferred.

Shift:

Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
