Momentum at South Bay is looking for a Staffing Coordinator Assistant . The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel & Word, have Staffing experience (preferred) and excellent computer skills. Duties Include:
Coordinate & plan Nursing Department staff schedules, taking staff and facility needs into consideration. Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility Patiently deal with last minute changes in scheduling Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol. Assist with recruitment needs by advising Director of Nursing of open positions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements Include:
Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.) Computerized scheduling software such as Time & Attendance and SBV etc. Background & experience in staffing preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology a plus Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required. Candidates should be Highly Organized, Professional & Motivated. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize. Able to work well independently & as part of a team. Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
