Apply via Indeed only. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple projects at once, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service from start to finish. Reporting to a Sr. Sales Account Manager you will serve as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, you'll help ensure projects move smoothly through every stage of production while maintaining accuracy, timelines, and strong communication.
Duties:
Enter and process purchase orders accurately in our order management system. (Profit Maker+) Create, organize, and maintain detailed project folders and documentation Source products and obtain pricing from suppliers and vendors Coordinate production timelines and serve as the in-office contact for ongoing projects Follow up with clients regarding proofs, samples, approvals, and order updates Work closely with overseas and domestic factories to ensure proper sourcing and production execution Track shipments, confirm delivery schedules, and proactively resolve delays when needed Maintain compliance records and ensure all order requirements are met Keep accurate records of all client orders, communications, and project updates Process vendor invoices and support billing coordination Submit purchase orders for invoicing and internal processing Tag, organize, and archive product samples Assist with inventory management and stock organization Requirements / Required Education /
Industry Knowledge:
2+ years of experience in working in fashion apparel, accessories, production, sales support, in a related industry highly preferred Bachelor's degree in business, Communications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Experience using internet-based order management or ERP systems preferred Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Spanish speaking a plus Please send cover letter when applying on how you think you re best suited for this role.
