Duties Help As aLOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
(GS-0346-09), you will function as the logistics manager of the organizion and to serve as the organizional Property Book Officer (PBO) responsible for routine accomplishment and oversight of property accountability functions. Work involves performing or supervising staff work in planning and coordining logistical support activities to provide the money, manpower, merial, facilities, and services needed to support a specified mission the time and place they are needed. : Experience, educion, or training involving judgment and/or analytical ability in the logistics field. Experience using computer and automion systems.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Must have one year specialized experience, educion or training equivalent to least the next lower grade level. Must have experience, educion, or training which involved detailed knowledge of organizions and their functions in logistical support (i.e., supply, maintenance, quality assurance, facilities). Experience planning and organizing work assignments. Develops, implements and evalues the logistics and property accountability policies for the organizion. Analyzes and/or prepares the logistics and equipment readiness areas of the organizional readiness report. Maintains property book accountability utilizing an automed system and/or reled computer programs to account for property. Establishes primary hand receipt files for each unit, whether separe or organic to the organizion, and maintains accountability by the use of primary hand receipt listings. Provides guidance and funds management for all decentralized logistics funds. Assists in the preparion for and executes additional command level inspections in the area of logistics and maintenance. Educion If only using educion to qualify for this position: Master's or equivalent gradue degree Or 2 full years of progressively higher level gradue educion leading to such a degree Or LL.B. or J.D., if reled OrCOMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
