Type:
Direct Hire with benefits Responsibilities Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and trade show teams (flights, hotels, schedules). Assist with logistics planning for trade show production, shipping, and on?site needs. Communicate with customers, vendors, and partners by phone and email — must sound polished, confident, and professional. Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure all moving parts stay on schedule. Prepare documents, schedules, and event materials for upcoming shows. Support the operations team with administrative tasks, data entry, and organization. Maintain a structured, efficient office environment and help streamline processes. Occasionally attend trade shows (1-2 times per year), including: Annual 4?day Las Vegas trade show Events at the Javits Center in NYC Qualifications Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and comfortable on the phone. Organized, assertive, proactive, and able to take direction directly and efficiently. Prior experience in logistics, office administration, event coordination, or customer service is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast?moving environment. Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, scheduling, spreadsheets).
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
