We are seeking a reliable and motivated Distribution Associate to join our warehouse and distribution team. In this role, you will help ensure products are received, organized, picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise Pick and pack customer orders accurately Prepare orders for shipment and distribution Label, scan, sort, and stage products Load and unload trucks as needed Maintain accurate inventory and product locations Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations Assist team members with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Basic English communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$23.90 - $28.80 per hour
