Job Overview:
We are seeking a Supply Chain & Compliance Administrative Specialist to provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to our Supply Chain & Compliance department. This position reports directly to the VP of Supply Chain & Compliance and works closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, and other internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable, with strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. They should be comfortable working with data, documentation, multiple priorities, and changing deadlines, while taking initiative, asking thoughtful questions, and following through on assigned responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide daytoday administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain & Compliance department Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, trackers, and departmental records Assist with purchase order, inventory, vendor, shipment, and other Supply Chainrelated tracking Compile, organize, and analyze data for reporting and management review Prepare recurring reports and assist with dashboards and presentations Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding information and action items Maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases Assist with compliance documentation, records, certifications, and related projects Help organize and maintain vendor and product documentation Coordinate information between Supply Chain, Compliance, and other internal departments Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies and follow through as appropriate Support process improvements and help maintain organized, accurate departmental records Assist with special projects and other departmental initiatives as needed Handle confidential and businesssensitive information appropriately Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, operations, purchasing, supply chain, compliance, or related experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including formulas, sorting/filtering, lookups, data organization, and reporting Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Comfortable working with data and identifying discrepancies Experience with ERP systems, AS400, or similar business systems is a plus Previous compliance, quality, regulatory, or documentation experience is a plus
