Serve as the trusted link between customers, brokers, and internal teams while resolving challenges, improving processes, and ensuring efficient import operations. Your expertise will keep global logistics moving - step into a role where every solution makes an impact! Tasks As the Customs Broker Management Coordinator , you will perform the following duties: Act as a central point of contact for feedback from external/internal Customers, Importers of Record and Brokers Work independently to handle Customer Complaints and General Status updates Manage disruptions Take over operational clarifications and the coordination of solutions between involved stakeholders Be responsible for steering and overseeing clarifications related to outside brokerage services for US Imports Support internal requests from operations (e.g., Warehouse Department, Transportation Department) Work with process managers and other departments as needed to address complaints and necessary improvements Provide analysis and recommendations where applicable (e.g., Scrap Report, Data overviews, etc.) Support on record keeping of entry documents All other duties as assigned or required Behind the scenes Our Purpose The Lufthansa Group connects people, cultures, and economies in a sustainable way.
