Being one of the nation's premier destinations for fine pianos, with flagship showrooms in New York, California and coming-soon - Chicago. We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will support our Logistics team in the coordination of client orders, used piano acquisitions, inventory management, and transportation logistics. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who can think proactively, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our corporate office in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities Provide administrative and customer support throughout the used piano procurement process Coordinate local and nationwide piano transportation and logistics Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory records and database information Communicate with customers, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure smooth operations Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain experience preferred Administrative experience preferred, including answering phones and professional email communication Experience providing excellent customer service Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency Comfortable working across multiple software platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
