We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator, based out of our Blue Ash (Cincinnati), OH office, who wants to be part of a fast-paced, international business environment. Compensation for this position is market-competitive and includes strong annual bonus potential. Job Tasks and Business Decisions Contact person for customers regarding managing national and international shipments (Ex, warehouse or drop shipments) and general customer communication Order Management - PO acceptance, confirmation of shipping date Review inventory to match outbound orders and forecasted sales. Receive inventory into our internal ERP system, assist with EOM inventory as needed. Update and manage outbound order reports to customers, and provide updates as needed. Review inventory levels, support the Supply Chain Manager and Business Management with inventory replenishment. Process customer orders and draft shipping documents in accordance with country-specific requirements, as well as national and international laws and regulations Forward shipment confirmations and shipping docs to customers for all completed orders Assist accounting with invoicing (goods receipt) of all completed orders. Handle freight enquiries and coordinate with carriers and forwarders on loading and delivery dates; arrange freight coverage; manage carrier relationships; and independently onboard new carriers and brokers, including completing required setup documentation. Participate in periodic relationship reviews (audits, order accuracy, etc.) Provide excellent service to our various customers, carriers, facilities, and business partners. Required Experience regarding the job Please indicate minimum qualification, minimum years of experience, or relevant years of experience similar to the same scope of work described in this JD, any other skills, education, language, IT, communication, leadership, and problem-solving . Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance, preferred Associate's Degree or a High School Diploma may be considered with adequate, relevant experience in a similar or related field. Customer Service, Data entry, & Inventory management experience, preferred Warehouse/Terminal order fulfilment, inventory replenishment experience Technical expertise (e.g., Excel, VBA, SQL) or strong aptitude to learn these skills Good math aptitude, strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel Proven experience or clear talent in operational planning/supply chain Independently motivated to produce results Must have strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills, complemented by an organized and structured way of working, a proactive and accountable mindset, and openness to digital tools and data-driven decision making. Ability to work in an empowered team environment, including the ability to effectively communicate, share information, resolve issues, and give and receive both positive and negative feedback in a respectful and professional manner Effectively interact with all levels in the organization, both domestically and internationally.
