Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and distribution industry, is seeking a Distribution Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

2nd What's the Job? Picking and packing finished goods accurately using RF guns Loading outbound trailers efficiently and safely Performing computer-based functions related to inventory and order processing Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment Supporting team members and adapting to high-demand situations What's Needed? Basic math skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as fork trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks Ability to work at heights of 20 feet with fall protection gear Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk on concrete for extended periods Previous experience with warehouse equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided What's in it for me?
