The role is an Individual contributor position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and coordination for multiple third-party partners, supporting BBW and BBWD, and reporting to the Regional Distribution Center Manager. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities Ability to develop/maintain relationships with internal and external teams Ability to work independently on self-initiated projects Provide operational support to Analysts and RDCs Ability to generate data/information and communicate direction and multiple priorities Compile and present RDC metrics (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) Account for proper documentation to support SOX initiatives, including reporting for carryover, cycle counts, PO issues, and load discrepancies Assist in monitoring of timely inbound and outbound processing Support non-merch storage and shipment requests Qualifications Demonstrated success in previous logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational support roles. Consistent, timely, professional follow-up with Home Office leaders, vendors and 3PL providers Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Strong verbal and written skills Ability to collaborate to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met Ability to work with associates at varying levels of responsibility and functional expertise Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), strong computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems DC Operations experience preferred Occasional schedule adjustments and travel to distribution center locations may be required based on business needs. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
