Job Description
⚡ Structured Cabling Technicians Needed! ⚡Join a Major Data Center Build in New Albany, OH $25/hr | Contract-to-Hire | ️ Tools Provided | Immediate Opportunities Available Are you a Cable Technician, Low Voltage Technician, or Structured Cabling Installer looking to get your foot in the door with a large-scale data center project? This is your chance to work on one of the most high-profile infrastructure builds in the region while gaining valuable experience in the growing data center industry. We're looking for Tech I and Tech II level technicians who have experience with structured cabling and are ready to join a fast-paced team environment. What You'll Be Doing
+ Pulling, routing, dressing, and labeling Cat5e/Cat6 cable
+ Assisting with RJ45 terminations and patch panel installations
+ Performing cable identification and labeling
+ Completing basic punch-downs for telecom blocks
+ Supporting cable testing using Fluke and other testing equipment
+ Fiber optic cable handling and dressing
+ Maintaining a safe and organized job site
+ Working alongside experienced technicians on large-scale installations ✅ What We're Looking For
+ Experience with structured cabling installations
+ Familiarity with Cat5e/Cat6 cable systems
+ Experience pulling and dressing cable in commercial or data center environments
+ Ability to work in construction environments
+ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
+ Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team ️ Work Environment

+ Ability to work on ladders and at heights
+ Comfortable working in confined spaces
+ Lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 75 lbs

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gahanna, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
