Responsibilities Manage the daily distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Coordinate with warehouse staff to streamline the shipping and receiving processes. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overages. Utilize distribution software to track shipments and maintain records. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve any distribution issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all distribution activities. Assist in training new team members on distribution processes and best practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Proven experience in a distribution or logistics role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using distribution software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
