Job Profile Job Title Shipping Specialist Department 2070 Logistics-Transportation Direct Supervisor Shipping Assistant Manager Direct Subordinates None II. Job Summary: Customer liaison for communicating customer requirements. Coordinate with warehouse, planning, engineering and Business Development. Plan the day to day tasks for the shipping area for assigned customers. Lead team in executing shipments including any needed expedite shipments. Ensure all shipments leave the facility on time, loaded properly and documentation and PLEX system updated. III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Provide requirements of what to stage for shipments to Dock personnel. 2 Monitor Customer EDI transmissions for shipment requirements when discrepancies occur. 3 Visually inspect staged products for any quality or quantity discrepancies. Ensure proper containers for customer are used. 4 Communicate to EDI team/Production all customer requirements including any pull ahead orders for expedited shipments and shortages for shipments. 5 Ensure all ASNs are transmitted after trucks leave. Ensure all loads leave on correct truck for customer. Send the Bill of Lading with trucks and save copy for shipping dock. 6 Ensure PLEX transactions are updated. 7 Document any missed shipments and spills and assist Shipping Supervisor in completing 5 Why. 8 Responsible for health and safety within every operation 9 Assist teammates in other line processes toward continued line improvement 10 Perform 5S and housekeeping duties to maintain high standard of facility cleanliness 11 As Logistics & Import/Export Compliance Lead is responsible for the strategic management of the scheduling, monitoring and administration of outbound and inbound shipments along with ensuring the Fuyao is in compliance with governmental entities' laws, rules and regulations both nationally and internationally. 12 Additionally, will be responsible for establishing and auditing processes and systems to assure company remains in compliance as laws, regulations and international conditions change. 13 Fulfill assignments/tasks given by Supervisor or Manager 14 Other duties as assigned 15 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time IⅤ. Qualification Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English.

•Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Experience 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or higher Physical Condition The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Glass production principles and technological process; all business processes by the company; conditions for raw material, unfinished and finished products storage 7. Company rules and regulations, quality policy, target and commitment 8. Storage and transportation process, storage, basic knowledge of customs clearance (export storage and transportation only), company procedure and post features; 9. Fill in booking list, provide logistics supplier with necessary document for custom clearance and telex release, check bill of lading 10. Able to make presentation, make shipment plan and have valid forklift license 11. Certain analytical and judging ability; 12. Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers and leaders of other departments in a professional manner 13. Knowledgeable of work instructions and TS16949 systems. 14. Ability to complete required improvement , corrective actions form , 5W and 8D Training Required 1. Production process and major equipment training knowledge 2. Know factory production management mode; 3. Logistics and international trade training; 4. Supplier management training; 5. 5S training V.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses , steel toed shoes, and reflective shirt , vest , or jacket. VI.
