You will strictly own the supply plan and material constraints while co-owning critical S&OP tradeoff decisions on monthly cadence of the S&OP Supply Chain Review (SCR). You will be responsible for validating demand inputs, running capacity and material constraints, reconciling gaps, and driving the execution of the locked operating plan across cross-functional teams. Duties & Responsibilities • Key Duties & Responsibilities within the S&OP Process (4-Week Cadence) ○ Week 1 -
Demand Validation & Data Integrity:
Lead alignment that ensures demand inputs are clean, realistic, and aligned before SCR begins. Challenge and validate the forecast vs. actuals (bias and error), identify abnormal demand spikes, and review backlogs with Customer Fulfillment Solutions (CFS). Ensure master data integrity by validating lead times, batch/lot sizes, and safety stock levels ○ Week 2 -
Supply Review & Material Feasibility:
Translate demand into a feasible supply plan by evaluating material and capacity constraints. Run the MRP simulations to identify raw material shortages or long lead-time risks, and evaluate production sequences against available vessel and labor capacity to pinpoint bottlenecks together with Production Planner & Scheduler. Simulate scenario planning, including pull-in/push-out order strategies and alternate sourcing. ○ Week 3 -
Pre-S&OP Balancing:
Reconcile demand against supply to prepare decision-ready scenarios (Unconstrained x Constrained). Identify unmet demand, define allocation strategies and service priorities for key customers, and document supply and capacity risks alongside Supply Chain opportunities. Recommend inventory strategies, such as building ahead when capacity allows or deferring production to avoid excess. ○ Week 4 -
PCR & Execution Kick-Off:
