The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accurate billing and payment handling. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and address any issues that may arise during their stay. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guest needs. Familiarity with hospitality principles, guest relations, and night audit processes is advantageous. Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer software for reservations and guest management. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
