Description Your Role The Spring 2027 Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Co-Op position is responsible for ensuring the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in relevant field. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Your Impact Ensure the effective alignment of demand and supply with operational capability Weekly meetings with cross functional teams providing updated delivery dates and identifying priorities that may require expedited shipments from vendors Support process- and/or inventory productivity improvement projects which may span from Vendor to Store partners within Brand and Logistics functions when performing the above Gain appreciation for Supply Chain Planning, acquire relevant business knowledge, and demonstrate analytics capability by end of assignment Lead inventory flow meetings and facilitate discussions with cross functional supply chain teams Provide feedback on and enhance SOP documentation and on-boarding process Is a trusted advisor through the development of relationships with MP&A, Store Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Production; Provides these groups with analytics and insights which improvement the alignment between demand, supply, and operations capabilities Create a development plan for the duration of the assignment and participate in weekly check-in of development progress with manager Participate in self-evaluation and receive a formal performance evaluation at the middle and end of the assignment Click here for benefit details related to this position.
