Provide leadership to associates. Make effective product flow decisions under the direction of the Manager. Positively impact levels of service and cost on the Distribution Center's operation plans. Meet company budget and cost structure goals. Demonstrate effective communication skills with associates, peers, and leadership in a variety of business functions. Use decisive problem-solving abilities to achieve results. Maintain a positive team environment. Appropriately handle associate relations issues. Ability to work on a process improvement project This role will be a blend of leading a team and working on a project within a fulfillment center, supporting either retail fulfillment or digital/e-commerce.
