In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless order management while supporting operational efficiency across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. Position Overview As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will serve as the customer advocate and primary contact for order-related activities. You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize orders, maintain service levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Order-to-Cash process. Monitor and manage orders, resolving issues that may impact service, delivery, or billing. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address order, inventory, transportation, and fulfillment challenges. Optimize orders to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Provide timely communication and visibility on order status, risks, and resolutions. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and escalate concerns when necessary. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in operational review activities.
Qualifications Education:
Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience with SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details:
