Resident Appointment Scheduler / Transportation Driver Solon Pointe | Solon, OH Full-Time Solon Pointe is hiring a Full-Time Resident Appointment Scheduler / Transportation Driver to join our team! This combined position is perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working directly with residents. You'll help coordinate resident medical appointments while also providing safe and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate resident medical appointments Communicate appointment details with residents, families, nursing staff, and outside providers Maintain an organized appointment and transportation calendar Coordinate necessary paperwork and appointment information Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments Assist residents entering and exiting the facility vehicle as needed Ensure residents arrive safely and on time Maintain accurate transportation and appointment documentation Keep the facility vehicle clean, organized, and ready for use Provide friendly, compassionate service to residents Assist with related administrative duties as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong organizational and communication skills Dependable and able to manage multiple appointments and priorities Comfortable working with seniors and residents in a long-term care setting Basic computer skills Previous healthcare, scheduling, transportation, or long-term care experience is preferred Why Solon Pointe?
