Strasburg, OH | Frac Sand Mining & Processing | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off | 12-Hour Shifts $23 - $26 / Hour | Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision | 401(k) Match | Monthly Production Bonus We are hiring a Loadout Operator to run the scale house and keep haul trucks moving. You will check every truck in and out, load each one to its allotted weight, and keep the records accurate. Every load that leaves the plant goes out on your numbers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Check in every incoming and outgoing truck, recording PO number, truck number, and ticket in the loadout system. Load haul trucks to the correct allotted weight. Read scales and catch errors before a truck leaves the yard. Enter data accurately and completely. Communicate with drivers and team members throughout the shift. Clean up spilled or overflow material by hand when needed. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

days on, 4 days off 12-hour shifts

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience as a loadout operator, scale house operator, or in a similar role. Comfortable using a computer for accurate data entry. Solid basic math skills and the ability to read scales correctly. Clear communication with drivers and team members. Ability to work independently while staying productive and safe.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual. Basic knowledge of occupational safety practices.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Sitting indoors for long periods. Manual labor as needed, including shoveling spilled or overflow material. Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools. Essential job functions performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Apply today.
