SummaryProvide administrative support for the Supply Chain Department in accordance with company policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Enter data for purchase orders into computer.

Send purchase orders to vendors.

Create, process, & close work orders for internal materialsFile purchase orders, requisitions and miscellaneous processing slips in appropriate locations.

Create, Monitor, & Report on Material Transfers with ProductionEnter data for quotes into computer system and file quotes.

Assist team with special projects (Supplier Handbook, Organization, Training Manuals, etc.)Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
Education and/or ExperienceCurrently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business or related degree. A minimum sophomore standing preferredOther skillsProficient in Microsoft Office required. Excellent Excel skills are a plusExcellent communication & organizational skillsHigh attention to detailSelf-motivatedTime management skills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasksAble to work well within a team, as well as work independently on projectsAvailable to work full-time in the summer Why Youll Love Working Here-A collaborative culture.
