Job Description
Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Vendor Manager III for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Manage Third Party Business Arrangements through all stages of the TPML.
Monitor, analyze, and report on vendor performance against SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
Identify and escalate issues to mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.
Lead problem resolution for complex issues and provide subject matter expertise.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with client's policies and standards.
Conduct internal and external research projects and support the development of presentations to management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business needs and manage transitions or terminations of vendors.
Requirements:
5+ years of Vendor Management experience
5+ years of experience with Third-Party Management Lifecycle
Soft skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Strong sense of urgency and adaptive to changes
Team player
Nice-to-have
Banking Experience (strong asset)
Prior risk assessment experience
Project Management experience - ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate project activities
Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Ariba CSP or PMP certification
