Our manufacturing facilities are strategically located to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Planner to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate production schedules, manage supply chain logistics, and ensure timely delivery of products. Your proactive approach will help optimize manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across our facilities. Responsibilities Create, update, and release production orders. Create and maintain capacity reservations to support production requirements. Analyze production capacity needs and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery performance. Review and release purchase requisitions within SAP. Develop detailed production schedules and coordinate the availability of required materials, components, and production aids. Identify scheduling and planning conflicts and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions. Manage and communicate delivery delays, coordinating updates with Sales and customers as needed. Review production orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and readiness for execution. Prepare, maintain, and archive production-related documentation. Maintain and update planning-related master data to support accurate scheduling and reporting. Provide backup support for planning and administrative functions as required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms; experience with MRP is essential. Proficiency in Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and support operations management initiatives.
