Job Title:

Crib Operator Schedule Monday

• Friday 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM or 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM (varies on the day) As a Crib Operator , you will be the backbone of our in-house warehouse operations, ensuring that spare parts and materials are exactly where they need to be.

This role balances daily inventory management with heavy equipment operation and high-impact organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Crib & Warehouse Operations Inventory Management:

Oversee the receiving of all spare parts and manage the timely delivery of items to internal customers.

Accuracy:

Perform regular cycle counts to maintain 100% inventory integrity.

Logistics:

Manage "Indirect Operations" by unloading incoming trucks and distributing items to the Crib and various administrative offices.

Material Handling & Equipment Vehicle Operation:

Operate trucks both within the plant and for external needs, including specialized AVI shipments.

Pallet Management:

Efficiently move materials, remove crates from the spine, and utilize racking systems for high-density storage.

Special Projects:

VLM Integration You will play a lead role in optimizing our Vertical Lift Module (VLM) system:

Configuration:

Build and map compartments for over 200 trays within the VLM.

Digital Mapping:

Create and manage bin locations within the EMS (Enterprise Management System) .

Relocation:

Physically inventory, palletize, and transfer spare parts from ActivRac storage into the new VLM system, ensuring all digital bin movements are mirrored in the EMS.
