Job:

A typical day starts out with a morning stand up as a team to review the previous day, discuss roadblocks as a team, and determine work assignments for the day. As a part of the Warehouse and Logistics team, you are given the responsibility to get electronic recycling items such as old computers and servers from the customer to our Technical Operations (IT/Data Security) team. Typical assignments can be broken out as follows (every day is a bit different):

Client Onsite:

Typical client pickups will be a two-person team: a Junior Logistics Associate partnered with a Senior Logistics Associate. Leading preparation, communication, and site organization for client pickups. Facilitating hand-off of customer points of contact from sales professionals. A general understanding of Greenboard IT's product offering and the ability to communicate potential upsell opportunities to customers or Greenboard IT's sales team. Assist project managers and sales professionals in planning and execution of gear movement by determining best entrances and exits, minimizing customer disruptions, and reducing waste. Warehouse:

Lead work assignments and train Junior Logistics Associates on how to complete work tasks Design, create, lead warehouse maintenance and work systems: actively contribute to Kanban events and Lean implementation. Conduct basic vehicle and equipment maintenance Fanatic adherence to quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements Drafting customer reports and owning data entry Preparing complex sales orders for shipping in coordination with

Technical Operations Weekend Work:

Our work hours are typically 8:30am to 4:30pm M - F However, we host community pickups on weekends selectively throughout the year Senior Logistics Associates would potentially have to shift on select weeks to a T - S schedule as necessary to support Saturday pickups.

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma / GED Reliable Transportation/Valid Driver's License No felonies / Background check required Current DOT Physical (do NOT need a CDL) Able to lift 50lbs Understanding of Lean systems
