Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to support our team during a leave coverage period. This role is critical to ensuring accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional alignment in support of business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, hands-on planning experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced statistical and analytical techniques Analyze historical data, market trends, and business inputs to anticipate consumer demand Create detailed product demand plans by category to drive forecast accuracy and profitability Integrate data from multiple sources including sales, replenishment, promotions, and marketing plans Support seasonal planning, stock management, and sales forecasting for upcoming product cycles Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, including men's and women's business units Identify demand patterns and apply appropriate forecasting methodologies Leverage data-driven tools to validate and refine forecasts Ensure timely communication, reporting, and documentation of planning activities Provide guidance and support within the demand planning function as needed. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong hands-on experience with forecasting and planning processes Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable plans Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or similar planning systems Prior experience with global consumer brands Background in apparel, footwear, or sporting goods industry. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (not required).

Equivalent experience accepted:

Master's degree + 4 years of experience PhD or Law degree + 3 years of experience Associate's degree + 6 years of experience High School diploma + 7 years of experience Soft Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Proactive and ready to contribute from day one Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
