We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Fulfillment Specialist to help ensure our customers receive the hardware, software, and equipment they need accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you'll manage the fulfillment process from order receipt through shipment while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Process customer orders for hardware, software, and related equipment. Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Coordinate shipping through UPS and other carriers. Verify order accuracy before products leave the warehouse. Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas. Track shipments and communicate order status when needed. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Work closely with Customer Support, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely deliveries. Follow company procedures to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform other fulfillment and warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Fulfillment experience a plus. Experience with UPS WorldShip application a plus. Proven record of success consistently hitting and surpassing goals. High level of motivation, self-direction, with the ability to lead and influence others. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience working at Tech/SaaS or innovation-focused company a plus. High school diploma or GED.
