We provide 24/7 residential services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and we're looking for a Resident Transportation & Logistics Coordinator who can turn everyday drives into meaningful experiences. If you're a safe driver, a master of time management, and someone who enjoys making each trip matter—you're exactly who we're looking for. What You'll Do Transport Residents Safely & Comfortably Drive residents to medical appointments, community outings, and fun events. Always travel with a staff support member for resident comfort and safety. Manage Groceries & Supplies Like a Pro Shop for groceries and household items for our homes based on menus and budgets. Keep organized records and receipts—your attention to detail will shine here. Master the Logistics Coordinate schedules with house managers so nothing gets missed. Keep transportation running smoothly and on time, every time. Keep Our Wheels Rolling Perform quick vehicle checks, keep it clean, and report any maintenance needs. Ensure all driving meets safety and compliance standards. What Makes You a Great Fit Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong organizational skills and punctuality Comfortable interacting with individuals with developmental disabilities Able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist residents in/out of vehicles Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure Bonus points if you've worked in transportation, caregiving, or logistics before!
