Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a Sales and Service Representative to support our Environmental Transportation & Logistics division. In this field-based role, you'll manage and grow a territory of industrial, automotive, and commercial customers, selling used oil recycling, parts cleaning, and sustainable waste solutions. You'll coordinate transportation and logistics, ensure DOT/EPA compliance, and partner closely with operations. Responsibilities Develop and grow a portfolio of transportation and logistics customers for Safety-Kleen's environmental and recycling services. Conduct on-site customer visits to assess waste streams, transportation needs, and compliance requirements. Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements aligned with regulatory and company standards. Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and drivers to schedule safe, timely pickups and deliveries. Ensure all services comply with DOT, EPA, and state regulations and company safety policies. Track account performance, renew contracts, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and report on pipeline, forecasts, and territory results. Provide product and service education to customers on sustainable waste and recycling solutions. Resolve service issues promptly, working closely with customer service and field operations teams. Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Clean Harbors network.
