9:00 PM•7:30 AM Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for inventory handling, material movement, and maintaining accurate warehouse records while ensuring operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse setting with varying shift schedules. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, organize, and process incoming and outgoing inventory. Perform inventory control activities, including stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Accurately update inventory records and warehouse transactions using computer systems. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare materials for shipment. Maintain warehouse organization and ensure inventory accuracy. Operate within established safety procedures and company guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely movement of materials and inventory. Support warehouse operations during weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Complete additional logistics and warehouse-related tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Previous hands-on warehouse experience. Basic to intermediate computer skills with the ability to update inventory records and work within warehouse systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays when required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory management and inventory control processes. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software. Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and material handling operations.
